She is the author of The Ten Toughest Leadership Problems and How to SOLVE Them, to be published by Hachette in 2025. She is also the author of popular leadership problem-solving newsletter Dear Katie. She delivers engaging, dynamic, inspiring and actionable talks on problems that leaders face and how to solve them. Katie gives keynote speeches, facilitates, interviews, and can do problem solving live on stage, with participants anonymously messaging their questions to the on-stage screen and Katie answering them in the moment.
